"The Invisible Son" is an album about struggling to be noticed when growing up, if not seen, you have to be heard. The album is sort of split into 2 halves, the 1st 5 songs are about frustration, complicated relations, and heartbreaking breakups. Slowman Band has had many different members since its formation in 2008. The artist Slowman has, over the years, released 5 albums and several singles. The glowing reviews have ranked his guitar playing on par with 'a vintage Eric Clapton' and compared the riffs and songwriting to the Black Crowes and the vocals to Sven Zetterberg. Slowman has played more than 100 gigs at clubs and festivals around Sweden. The current Slowman Band was formed in 2023 with Svante 'Slowman' Törngren on guitar and vocals, Owe Eriksson on bass, and Thomas 'Tompa' Björklund on drums. Owe and Tompa have played professionally periodically and added heavy routine, musical creativity, and finesse to the band. According to the frontman, this is by far the best vintage of the Slowman Band that has ever been on stage or in a music studio.
