Ayers, Trenton - Takin' It To The Mountain CD

Trenton Ayers has been hailed as part of the next generation of Hill Country blues artists, but he says "As far as I'm concerned, I can just be labeled as me." The album evolved from memories with his close friendships with Hill Country elders Junior Kimbrough and Cedric Burnside; his history as a touring musician; his stint working at a 17,000-acre elk ranch; and his battle with the bottle.
